Hearing Aid Repair & Programming Services
If you or a loved one has a hearing aid that wasn't purchased at one of our centers, but it isn't working correctly, needs repair, or is in need of reprogramming or adjustment to the settings, it may only take a minor repair or adjustment to get the aid(s) functioning properly again.
Repairs - When you bring a hearing aid in need of repair to one of our centers, we will not only check to see if it is still under warranty, but will examine the device and let you know if we believe it is repairable. Many hearing aid repairs can be performed in our office. These types of repairs may include: repairing battery doors, new tubing, ear bud replacement, and cleaning. Don't let a minor repair keep you from hearing. Repairs that are more extensive may require an out-of-pocket charge. These types of repairs can include: re-circuitry, new receivers, new microphones, repairing holes or a cracked hearing instrument, and corrosion.
Hearing Aid Programming - In addition, if you have hearing aids that were not purchased from us, but believe the aids need adjustment or re-programming, we have the ability to perform in-office reprogramming or adjustments to a number of brands of hearing aids (see below).
